Maybe somebody that runs GOG can give us all some clear answers if they can negotiate and sort out some kind of deal with the current owner of MK Arcade Kollection and see if they will permit a DRM-Free re-release here. MK Arcade Kollection includes almost near-arcade perfect ports of the original MK, MK II, and Ultimate MK3 (no regular MK3 Regular MK3 had a Windows Native version, and was the first, alternatively you can play MK1 through Mk3 natively on Windows if you get Midway Arcade Treasures Deluxe Edition) Right now I only see MK Arcade Kollection available as either on PS3, XBLA or on Steam which has DRM. Since that's basically what this package available here is. The only DOS version of Mortal Kombat that is missing is MK Trilogy, don't know what held GOG.com back from including that in this package otherwise it would felt more of a "complete" MK The DOS Conversion Kollection. They have it for as low as 39.95 per year to as high as a pricy one time fee for a lifetime subscription that is free permanently thereafter. Don’t worry, it only works in single player only, but helps a ton.
